Public Records Requests

All public records requests should be directed, via email, to the School Records Custodian, Vice President of Compliance, Jillian Thornton. Please

Requests may be submitted on the attached Records Request Form or you may include the following information in the body of your email,  if no form is used.

  • Name

  • Address (If US Mail delivery is being requested for the records)

  • Phone Number

  • E-Mail Address

  • Description of Records Requested
