Welcome to BSP Academy, where Excellence Begins with Opportunity.

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the Principal of BSP Academy. My name is Henry Savage III, and I have dedicated the past 10 years to education as an educator, helping students grow academically, socially, and personally. I am a proud graduate of Central State University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.

Throughout my career, I have remained committed to one simple belief: every child has the ability to succeed when provided with high expectations, meaningful relationships, and a supportive learning environment. As principal, my vision is to cultivate a school culture where every student feels safe, valued, challenged, and inspired to achieve their full potential.

At BSP Academy, we are committed to delivering rigorous instruction while developing the character, confidence, and leadership skills our students need to thrive. Our dedicated staff works every day to ensure that each child receives the support, encouragement, and opportunities necessary to become lifelong learners and productive citizens.

I firmly believe that student success is built through strong partnerships between our school, families, and community. When we work together, we create an environment where students are empowered to dream big, overcome challenges, and achieve excellence.
